Build your own knife from raw steel in a real working shop—no experience required.
No kits. No shortcuts. Every knife is shaped, ground, and finished by you. This hands-on class walks you through the stock removal process from start to finish. You’ll take a flat bar of high-carbon steel and turn it into a finished, functional knife using the same tools and techniques used in professional shops.

◇Final sharpening and edge work
(Full-day hands-on instruction from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
